Refund policy
Before requesting a return, we encourage you to take a moment to understand how our products are made. Each Ekambyseri creation is meticulously handcrafted using traditional techniques by highly skilled artisans. This means every product is unique — with slight variations in color, texture, or finish that reflect the handmade process.
We believe these natural variations are the true beauty of handcrafted work , making each piece one-of-a-kind. Such irregularities or minor imperfections are not considered defects , and returns for these reasons will not be accepted. We request you to review product details carefully before placing your order.
In the interest of fairness to our artisans and to ensure our prices remain fair, we accept returns only for products that are received in damaged or defective condition.
Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection. If approved:
- A replacement piece will be dispatched as per standard shipping timelines (in case of exchange)
- A refund will be initiated to the original payment mode within 5–7 business days after we receive the product.
We accept/not accept returns under the following situations:
- Damaged items getting delivered
- Delivery of wrong items – not according to your order
- Returning of the product will not be accepted when the customer has no valid reason for returning the product. And if the customer wishes to return under no given valid reason, the customer must bear the shipping charges.
Please note:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
- Customized, bulk orders or gifting items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Ekambyseri reserves the final discretion on return and refund eligibility.
Refund policy
Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days from the date on which Ekambyseri receives returned goods. Through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, the amount will be transferred back into the bank account from which it was paid.
Ekambyseri offers a sincere access to a treasure trove of hand crafted artifacts – either richly curated by partnering with empaneled artisan communities and independent artists. Borrowing inspiration from our ‘Kutchh Karigar’ roots, we dedicate this gateway to the constantly evolving and ever inspiring nature of Indian Artisan-ship.
